The program includes basic spanish clases once a week, receiving assistance in finding places of interest. The super cheap cost of staying at Blue bike Hostel is ($5,5-day) in 7 nights of stay at the minimun. Stays more than 15 nights can get in the volunteering program at the hostel (indoor/outdoor) and that works in this way:
Stays of 15 nights or more, obtain a discount of $0,5 dollars a day and guests offer volunteering service 3 days by 5 hours a day whereas housekeeping, gardens, repears, decoration, compostage techniques exploration or any other issues according to their skills, beside of that can use the bike for free, three days when they are available (ask for it in front desk about bike rental politics for volunteering program).
Stays from 15 to 20 nights, 5 days of volunteering (5 ours /day) during this volunteering service, stays, bikes and one personal laundry are for free.
Stays from 20 to 30 nights, 7 days of volunteering (5 hours/day), during this volunteering service, stays, bikes, one smootie/day during 7 days, and two personal laundries are for free. In case guests do not offer volunteering service, they stay paying the normal fee of $5,5/night
Facilities count with 6 equipped kitchens, 6 bathrooms, some private rooms, Laundry service by $3,5 dollars per person (load) located at 5 min short walk to the beach. Shuttle service 25% discount of normal shuttle prices in Sámara. Very good internet signal. Book exchange. Other services: Smooties (1000 colones), Coctails (1500 colones 2000 colones), Coffee (750 colones).
